I love love love this place !! Everyone is always so helpful!! I showed her a picture of what I was looking for and she took me straight to what I wanted. I take my jewelry to get cleaned for free and it’s ready the next day !! I bought an anklet and bracelet ! She helped me size my ankle, make sure I get the correct size.

I haven't been to them since they moved locations and may I say the staff was incredibly friendly when I was adding the ABC charm to my bracelet. The jewelry options are wonderful as I have multiple pieces from them and their new collections are beautiful. As well as the building change has made for a much bigger space that feels welcoming.

I don't have any complaints. Luckily when I stop by there is no wait. The customer service is great and they are very helpful. It is located in a high traffic shopping center, so that is sometimes a bit annoying.

I would just like to give a huge shout out to the associate who went out of her way to help me with a very special occasion. I believe her name was Patricia. Her customer service is stellar! I went in with a vision and she made it come to life. My Girlfriend loved the gift and I appreciate Patricia being able to return it to me on the same day even though she was very busy. I have to brag on this location! The ladies are always so sweet and helpful! By far my favorite location. They are quick with soldering on charms (sometimes they have even had my bracelet ready same day!), they are always smiling and friendly towards all of their customers, and I have never had any issues. Thank you all for being so awesome! I will definitely be back!❤️

I went in because I needed two charms added to my bracelet. The young lady gave me two safety pins and told me to place the charms where I wanted them. I explained that I brought it here for you to do that not me. She told me that it couldn't be done till the next day but I asked if it could be accomplished that day. She said ok , after 5pm. I was called at about 3:30pm stating my bracelet was ready. I just didn't understand why the customer service was so bad at a Christian store???? I had just visited a James Avery in North Park Mall and was treated 100%better than this store in Plano.
